Garrett Keefe
Garrett Keefe achieved success as an operations and sales manager in New York City's luxury retail industry, as well as one of Manhattan's noteworthy post-production film and advertising companies, before moving to Asheville to live nestled amongst the Blue Ridge Mountains. During his time in luxury retail, he had a proven track record of training and leading client services and sales teams toward increased multimillion-dollar yearly revenue and client retention, while making lasting impressions and relationships with his associates. Garrett looks forward to bringing his career experience to the local real estate market as a broker associate with Dwell Realty Group.
Coming from the melting pot that is New York City, Garrett possesses outstanding communication skills, with the ability to relate to and work with a diverse group of people. His experience within corporate settings, along with managing high-profile clientele and projects, has granted him the expertise to handle every detail for his clients while allowing them to enjoy the process. "My greatest fulfillment is procuring joy for others," he says.
Garrett approaches each transaction by trying to see through his client's eyes, while exceeding their expectations each step of the way. He treats every interaction as if he is meeting a new friend, finding one thing in common to build a lasting relationship. Some of his closest confidants began as business associates, and Garrett strongly believes that by treating everyone you encounter in life with honesty and respect, the world is yours.
A member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Garrett is an Accredited Buyer's Representative and Seller Representative Specialist and speaks conversational Spanish. Originally from Northampton, Massachusetts, he earned his bachelor's degree in communication arts with a double minor in business and theater arts from Marymount Manhattan College.
When Garrett isn't selling or finding clients their dream home, he's usually cooking for and entertaining his friends and family, exploring the local film and art scene, singing and dancing at a concert, traveling and exploring different food and cultures, and plunging into any body of water he encounters by swimming or surfing. His childhood nickname was Poseidon because he is in the ocean from the moment he steps foot on the beach until the sun goes down.
